Mailbox has confirmed three new leisure tenants for its £100m mixed-use development in Birmingham’s city centre.
Punch Taverns has signed up to take space for its live music venue Bar Room Bar, which will be situated by the canal, while the Giardino Group is taking space for its French restaurant and bar operation Auberge.
London restaurant operator, ASK, is making its Birmingham debut with Zizzi Italian restaurant. The operator already has over 65 outlets, mainly in the south-east.
Mailbox’s redevelopment of the Royal Mail sorting office site has already attracted high-profile occupiers such as Malmaison, Days Inn Hotels, Christian Lacroix and Iceberg. Crosby Homes is also building 200 luxury flats at the scheme.
Davis Coffer Lyons and DTZ Debenham Tie Leung represented Mailbox, while Richard Watson & Co acted on behalf of ASK.
