Majestic Bingo, which runs eight bingo clubs in England and Wales, has been placed in administration.
Interpath Advisory, which has been appointed to handle the administration, said it would continue to trade the venues as a going concern while it explores options for a sale of the business and its assets.
Majestic Bingo Online is a separate entity that is not in administration.
