The Homes & Communities Agency has submitted plans for as many as 350 dwellings on a 31-acre site in Leyland, Lancashire.
The site on Croston Road is earmarked for greenfield land development, with the HCA seeking permission from South Ribble borough council for the plans.
The plot sits between Bannister Lane, Heatherlieh and Croston Road.
Baldwin Design Consultancy submitted the plans on behalf of Lea Hough & Co and the HCA.
