An environmental impact assessment application has been submitted to the London Legacy Development Corporation for 640 homes, with buildings up to 30 storeys in height.
The 3.4-acre site, known as Vulcan Wharf, E15, lies close to the Olympic Stadium on Cook’s Road, near Pudding Mill Lane DLR station.
Documents submitted to the LLDC reveal plans are for a mixed-use scheme, including offices, light industrial, restaurant/café and a brewery.
The applicant, Vulcan Wharf, listed on Companies House, has directors at both London Square and Bmor. Both parties declined to comment.
