Surveying firm Malcolm Hollis is relocating from offices in Battersea and Mayfair to new premises in Battersea and the City of London.
The firm is taking 6,000 sq ft of space on the 10th floor at 140 London Wall, EC2, next month.
An additional move will see their second London office in Battersea transfer from Brooks Court to larger premises at Battersea Studios on Silverthorne Road, SW8.
Senior partner in London, John Woodman, said: “The move to the City of London will only drive further growth, positioning us at the heart of the country’s leading business centre.
“Our decision to retain a second office in Battersea reflects the increased demand for commercial operations in the area in light of recent redevelopment and investment, which is expected to gain momentum over the next few years.”
