Our heartfelt condolences go out to his fiancée, Carolyn, and two young children, Luke and Sam, to whom he was a devoted and loving father and partner.
“Bartle was undoubtedly one of the most trusted voices in the property industry on dilapidations, a topic that he spent over 15 years specialising in, and it is credit to his name that he helped make Malcolm Hollis what it is today. We have lost an inspirational colleague, friend and mentor.”
