Malins Group has bought a row of mews on the east side of Old Town, Clapham, SW4, which it intends to turn into 19 luxury flats.
The development sits on the site of the former “Art Metal Works”, the home of famous metalworker William Bainbridge Reynolds, and has a GDV of £17m.
