Baby accessories chain Mamas & Papas has hired Deloitte to explore a sale, just five years after the same firm handled its compulsory voluntary arrangement.
Mamas & Papas, which is owned by private equity firm Bluegem, now has 31 shops and 900 staff, after the CVA resulted in it closing half of its stores.
