Savills Investment Management has appointed Neil Varnham (pictured) and Richard Gore to senior management roles.
The two will join the company as it expands its investment and asset management business following the acquisition of SEB investment Management in 2015.
Varnham joins Savills IM from Pradera, where he was a managing director until September last year.
He was previously head of retail at Henderson Global Investors, Now TH Real Estate, where he worked for 33 years.
Gore also comes to Savills from Pradera which he left in November last year. Prior to that he held investment positions with Block Holdings and Capital & Regional.
The two left Pradera following the management buy-out in march last year.
Savills IM chief executive Justin O’Connor said: “Neil and Richard are highly accomplished property professionals and acknowledged experts in the real estate industry. They are excellent additions to our asset management and retail capabilities and will contribute to our continued international growth.”
