Manchester airport’s three terminals have been ranked the worst in the country in a passenger survey.
The hub was blighted by long queues and staff shortages earlier in the year, infuriating passengers.
Terminal 3, used by Ryanair and British Airways, ranked bottom overall with a customer score of only 38%.
Doncaster Sheffield airport came first, with 85%.
