Manchester-based independent property consultancy Christopher Dee is set to open an office in London’s West End.
Rob Steward, formerly of Mason Philips, will head the office in Regent Street, which is due to open on 17 October.
Steward said: “I know the guys in Manchester well and I am looking forward to building a vibrant office to match the success that the Manchester team has had.”
Founding partner Chris Jones said: “We are first and foremost a relationship-based partnership and Rob’s style fits perfectly with our hands-on approach to client projects. A large percentage of our client base and market is either located in London or emanates from it, so the new office will bring us closer to this active market hub.”
Christopher Dee was established in 1999 by founding partners Chris Jones and Chris Bathurst, and now has two more partners, Mark Powell and Christopher Dudhill.
