Planning officers have recommended the West Midlands Pension Fund’s plans for the 260,000 sq ft redevelopment of Astley House and Byrom House on Manchester’s Quay Street.
The plans, fronted by CBRE Global Investors, will sit opposite Allied London’s 343,000 sq ft No 1 Spinningfields.
Colliers International is advising on the Stride Treglown-designed scheme.
