Gaming and software developer Bally Interactive has signed a 10-year lease for space at Catella APAM’s 60 Spring Gardens in Manchester city centre.
The deal for 5,670 sq ft on the first floor follows a major refurbishment of the grade II listed building, with Bally Interactive taking a new “plug-and-play” fit-out.
60 Spring Gardens is situated close to King Street, with food and beverage space on the ground floor taken by Six by Nico and Black Sheep Coffee, and office space above.
Bally Interactive was represented by JLL, while Savills and CBRE jointly represented Catella APAM.
