Manchester’s Circle Square adds two new tenants

Two tenants have signed to take space in Circle Square, a former BBC site in Manchester.

A joint venture between Bruntwood SciTech and Vita Group is behind the development of the scheme.

Burger chain Boo will be opening a 3,000 sq ft restaurant underneath the Vita Living East residential part of the development.

Leeds-based brewer North Brewing Co has also signed up and will occupy 2,590 sq ft of space, shared with street food provider Little Bao Boy, also underneath the Vita Living East tower. The deal was signed for 10 years.

Lyons Thompson Letts is the acting agent for Vita and Bruntwood SciTech’s retail and leisure offering.
