Mansfield Brewery puts 19 pub portfolio on the market
Mansfield Brewery has just put a 19 pub portfolio on the market for a total price of around £3.5m.
The pubs are:

- Biarritz, George Street, Hull, East Yorkshire – £500,000
- Broadhighway, Great North Road, Woddlands, Doncaster, South Yorkshire – £300,000
- Charles Dickens, 57 Middle Street North, Driffield, East Yorkshire – £130,000
- Craven Park, 174A Holderness Road, Hull, East Yorkshire – £225,000
- Dog & Duck, Cheviot Avenue, Goole, East Yorkshire – best offers
- Empress Club. 833 Hessle Road, Hull, East Yorkshire – £85,000
- Engineers Arms, Bridlington Avenue, Hull, East Yorkshire – £100,000
- Four Horseshoes, King Street, Alfreton, Derbyshire – £65,000

The pub operator has a total portfolio of around 500 outlets and is looking to expand southwards. Mansfield already has a strong presence in Hull and east Yorkshire.
Christie & Co’s Jon Patrick, agent for Mansfield, said he expected inquiries for the portfolio from individual buyers and small multiple pub companies.
