Thermocable has signed a deal on a newly built warehouse at Leftfield Park in Bradford.
The manufacturer of linear detection cable and monitoring will occupy a 42,102 sq ft facility on a 10-year lease. The building, owned by Leftfield Advisors, comprises warehouse space, offices and reception.
Thermocable joins other occupiers on the site including Morrisons, Hovis, Woodlands Timber, Astonish, and Optimum Medical.
Alice Ham, general manager at Thermocable, said: “This office and warehouse space will enable us to continue with our 10-year growth plan without the need to scrimp on space, or worry about new equipment and recruitment.”
DHP represented Thermocable, while CBRE, Carter Towler and JLL represented the landlord.
Danielle Raunjak, associate director at CBRE, said: “Leftfield Bradford offers strategic access to occupiers looking to benefit from the Bradford and West Leeds localities and labour market.”
Harry Fullerton, director at JLL, added: “This letting not only showcases the continued demand for premium industrial space in Bradford but also highlights the area’s appeal to cutting-edge manufacturing companies.”
