Hortons’ Estate Developments and development partner Trebor Developments have secured planning consent for a new 52,000 sq ft manufacturing facility at Hollymoor Point in Rubery, Worcestershire.
The building is prelet to Aquapak Polymers, which has agreed a 15-year lease
Aquapak Polymers is part of the Adi Group and currently based in Kings Norton. The deal forms part of Aquapak’s ongoing expansion plans.
Hortons’ Estate Developments owns the site and will retain the leasehold investment.
Just over one acre of development land remains at Hollymoor Point, which could accommodate a new 12,000 sq ft facility.
Practical completion is scheduled for Aquapak’s facility in December 2016.
