Outsourcing specialist Mapeley has filled its chief executive vacancy.
Managing director Jamie Hopkins has succeeded Bob Spoerri, who parted company with Mapeley last September only a year after his appointment.
Hopkins joined Mapeley in 2002 as property director and was appointed managing director in early 2003.
Prior to Mapeley he worked at Delancey and FPDSavills.
As chief executive Hopkins will be responsible for all areas of the business, with a particular focus on future growth opportunities and long-term strategy.
Mapeley also has a new chairman.
Richard Georgi of Soros Real Estate Partners is handing over to Rob Kauffman of Fortress Investments, Mapeley’s other major shareholder.
Mapeley is shortlisted for both the Aviva and Bradford city council outsourcing contracts.
