MAR Developments has received planning permission for a new 30-acre phase of development at Blackpool Business Park.
The site on Squires Gate Lane adjoins Blackpool International Airport and is around three miles from Blackpool town centre.
It is suitable for office, industrial and warehouse development and will form the second phase of development at the business park scheme.
The site will be pre-sold to occupiers or pre-let on a design-and-build basis, depending on demand.
Danny Pinkus of Preston-based Robert Pinkus and Co, which is marketing the site, said: “This new development presents a fantastic opportunity to acquire space in an established and thriving location.
“We expect a high level of demand from occupiers.”
Existing tenants on the park include Barclays and Warburtons.
