Marconi Corporation has taken an 80,000 sq ft distribution warehouse at Chase Commercial’s Chase Park, close to Coventry’s Ricoh Arena.
The telecommunications giant has signed up for Chase Point One, a speculatively built unit on the six-acre site.
The undisclosed rent is thought to be close to the £5.75 per sq ft quoting rent for the development.
A 15-year lease has been agreed.
The remaining 40,000 sq ft Chase Two building is still available.
