Mardon Properties is to speculatively develop the first 77,000 sq ft of a £20m 200,000 sq ft industrial and office scheme at Baglan, near Neath,
The scheme on 14 acres is being supported by the Welsh Assembly and a £1.8m European Objective One property grant.
The first phase will provide 18 small industrial units, totalling 32,000 sq ft, one 15,000 sq ft industrial building and 10,000 sq ft of offices.
