Marin Software has signed a three-year lease for 7,500 sq ft at Aegis’ Orion House, WC2.
The company is paying £29.50 per sq ft for the first floor space in the building at 5 Upper St Martin’s Lane.
BNP Paribas Real Estate advised the tenant. GVA acted for Aegis.
