Market wrap: Capco among FTSE’s biggest fallers

Capital & Counties Properties was among the biggest fallers on the stock exchange today, with the shares declining by 5.73% to 123.3p.

Other REITs posting notable share price decreases included BMO Real Estate Investments, down 4.26% to 146.3p, and RDI REIT, which dropped by 3.81% to 146.83p.

Housebuilder Taylor Wimpey was the biggest property faller in the FTSE 100, after its shares slid by 2.59% to 111.15p.

The FTSE 100 rose by 0.48% to 6,032.09, and the FTSE 250 dipped by 0.1% to 17,555.87.
