Shares in CLS Holdings were among the highest risers in the FTSE 350 on Friday, a near-5% boost taking the real estate investor to its highest closing stock price since before the onset of the coronavirus pandemic.
Fresh off the signing of a £62m green loan earlier this week, CLS shares finished the day at 249p. Only two stocks across the FTSE 350 rose by a greater percentage during the session.
Other real estate risers included LSL Property Services, Cairn Homes and Palace Capital, all up by more than 2%.
Dolphin Capital Investors posted the day’s sharpest real estate stock drop, losing 5.1%.
The FTSE 100 ended the day at 6,969 points, edging up by 0.1%. A 0.5% lift took the FTSE 250 to 22,497 points.
