Custodian REIT was the top real estate riser of the day on the stock exchange, with Workspace Group and Hammerson also making gains.
Custodian was up by more than 2.7% at 97.3p, while Workspace Group rose by 2.7% to 868.6p. Shares in Hammerson were up 2.4% at 33.3p.
Derwent inched up by 0.7% at 3,391p, despite reporting improved rent collection rates for September.
PRS REIT, which posted a 170% profit rise, edged up by 0.5% to 101.5p.
The FTSE 100 closed down 0.2% at 7,130 while the FTSE 250 stayed mostly flat at 22,468.
