Fletcher King’s share price jumped by 13.64% to 37.5p per share, while U + I enjoyed a hike of 7.02% to 64p today.
Capital & Regional also ended the day on a high with an increase of 3.22% to 36.9p.
Conversely, both Urban&Civic and London & Associated Properties saw share price falls of more than 4% to 208p and 11p respectively.
The FTSE 100 was down by 0.58% to 5,935 points, but the FTSE 250 ended the day up by 0.33% to 17,950 points.
