Regeneration specialist Harworth was among the day’s biggest risers on the London market, its shares closing up almost 12% at 98.2p. That was the second-largest share price gain of any stock in the FTSE All-Share today, behind Premier Foods.
Days after intu Properties and Schroders REIT saw some of the steepest rises on the market, the groups today took the top two spots on the session’s biggest losers.
Intu’s shares closed at 6p, down almost 13%, while Schroder European REIT lost 11% and finished the day at 61p.
Joining the pair on the list of falling stocks was estate agency Foxtons, down 9%.
The FTSE 100 finished the day up 0.45% at 5,812. The FTSE 250 was down 0.2% at 15,822.
