Harworth Group saw one of the sharpest declines in real estate on the London stock exchange today, diving 6%.
The strategic land specialist was one of the worst hit amid a drop for housebuilders across the board. Harworth ended trading at 150.5p.
Other notable losses came from MJ Gleeson, down 4.4%; Persimmon, down 1.8%; and Vistry, down 1.6%.
Property REITs fared badly, too. FTSE 100 British Land fell 2.1% to 515.8p and Land Securities dropped 1.8%, finishing at 710.8p.
However, overall the FTSE 100 was stable, rising 0.1% to 7,132. The FTSE stayed at 23,453.
