Harworth Group reported the steepest climbs in a mixed day for London listed property stocks.
The regeneration specialist announced a trio of lettings at the 127-acre Melton Commercial Park in Leicestershire. It ended the day up 3.96% at 102.5p.
Hammerson saw further boosts after rises yesterday when it announced two scrip dividends for shareholders. The landlord rose 3.65% to 23.03p.
Housebuilder Vistry increased by 2.04% to 775.5p following news of projected profits of up to £140m for the full year with an uptick in forward sales.
Elsewhere, Regional REIT’s plans to ditch industrials and focus solely on offices failed to make an impression, with values dipping 0.91% to 76.3p.
The FTSE 100 fell 0.68% to 6,339 and the FTSE 250 nudged down 0.2% to 19,302.
