Helical was among the top real estate risers on the stock exchange today, rising by 8.8% to 340p.
The developer is understood to be close to signing a major leasing deal with TikTok at the Kaleidoscope in Farringdon, EC1, as reported by EG.
Other notable REIT risers included Ediston Property Investment, up by 4.2% at 57.7p, and Regional REIT, up by 4% at 62.4p.
The FTSE 100 ended the day down 0.08% at 5,577, while the FTSE 250 rose by 0.21% to finish the session at 17,214.
