Landsec shares fell today, after it revealed that it collected just 65% of £101m owed in rent payments for the December quarter.
The FTSE 100 landlord’s stock closed down 1.6% at 647.6p following its update this morning.
Derwent London, which also disclosed its rent collection rates, fared better on the stock exchange, with shares rising by 1.3% to 3,106p.
The FTSE 250 firm collected 83% of rents owed for the December quarter.
At the end of the day the FTSE 100 was down 0.6% at 6,754 points, while the FTSE 250 fell 0.3% to stand at 20,172 points.
