Landsec was one of the top risers on the FTSE 100 today after inching up 1.4% to 731.2p, in a broadly flat start to the week for the wider stock market.
Capital & Regional was among the real estate firms outpacing REIT rivals, up 4.7% at 90.6p.
At the other end of the spectrum, UK Commercial Property posted the biggest REIT decline after falling 3.5% to 77.5p.
The FTSE 100 finished the session at 6,963, down 0.7%. The FTSE 250 was similarly down at 22,439.
