Landsec and British Land were among the real estate losers in the FTSE 100 today, as the index edged into positive territory.
Shares in Landsec, which was one of the index’s biggest fallers, dropped by 1.8% to 665.1p.
British Land was down 1.3% at 410.1p. Norges Bank upped its holdings in the latter to 7.4% earlier today, while GIC sold down its stake to 3%.
Outside of the FTSE 100, retailer Pets at Home soared to an all-time high, rising by 6.4% to 423.8p.
The FTSE 100 inched up by nearly 0.1% to hit 6,367 points. The FTSE 250 rose by 0.3% to 19,462.
