LondonMetric Property shares nudged up in trading today, after the investor posted a strong rent collection update.
The company said it has collected 98% of its quarterly and monthly rent for March, with a further 0.8% due imminently.
Just £200,000 is outstanding, and the company said it is in “active discussions” over that amount.
Its shares ended the day up by 0.5% at 222.6p.
The most notable real estate move in the FTSE 350 was from Hammerson, which fell by 4% to 38p, one of the sharpest drops in the index.
The FTSE 100 finished trading at 7,000, down by 0.3%, while the FTSE 250 was down 0.1% at 22,490.
