Housebuilder MJ Gleeson posted Monday’s biggest real estate-related share price rise.
The company’s shares were up by more than 5% at the market’s close, reaching a month-high of 810p.
At the other end of the spectrum was Unibail Rodamco Westfield, whose euro-denominated stock dropped by 4%.
Home REIT closed flat after announcing details of its latest acquisition spree. LondonMetric edged up by just 0.1% on its own dealmaking.
The FTSE 100 ended the day at 7,203, down 0.4%, with the FTSE 250 at 22,968, down 0.07%.
