British Land, Hammerson and Landsec all enjoyed share price rises of 2% today, hitting 504p, 26.05p and 719.9p respectively.
Conversely, Town Centre Securities slumped by 4.93% to 106p per share to make it one of property’s biggest fallers of the day.
LSL Property also saw its shares drop by 3.8% to 228p per share, while U+I fell by 2.86% to 61.2p.
Overall, the FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 nudged up by 0.8% and 0.7% to 6,564 points and 19,883 points.
