Management firm MarketOne Europe has signed a 10-year lease on the final space at Chiswick block The Building.
The firm is taking 10,162 sq ft at the 578-586 Chiswick High Road site on an annual rent of £279,455 (£27.50 per sq ft).
Landlord IVG Institutional Funds GMBH was advised by Altus Edwin Hill and Savills. Frost Meadowcroft acted for MarketOne Europe.
