Maslow Capital has provided a £54.4m development loan to support a joint venture between developers CityLife and Torsion Group in delivering a residential scheme in Leeds.
Sky Gardens will transform a 0.93-acre brownfield site on Water Lane and Silver Street, including a Grade II listed former mill, into a vibrant residential destination.
Once completed, the scheme will comprise 306 homes across a 32-storey tower and the three-storey refurbished mill. The apartments will range from studios to three-bedroom homes, while amenities include a gym, cinema room, reception lounge and “sky garden”, with a 360-degree vista of Yorkshire from level 32. The development will also feature two commercial units totalling 3,907 sq ft.
