CIT has named Sir Norman Foster (right) as the master planner for the £1bn phases two and three of London Bridge City. The riverside site, opposite the Tower of London, has lain undeveloped for years but is now on the verge ofsecuring a prelet. John Barroll Brown, chief executive of CIT (left) said negotiations were taking place with two tenants to take part of the 139,350m2 (1.5m sq ft) three-building development. One of the interested parties is accountancy giant Arthur Andersen.
