Master Removers Group has taken a new 120,815 sq ft industrial space in Golborne, Warrington, which is due for completion this autumn.
The storage and logistics firm is expanding from its current warehouse at Eagle Park, Warrington.
Master Removers has signed a 15-year lease with landlord Urban Logistics REIT and Rula Developments at 7.75 per sq ft.
Charles Richards, director at Master Removers, said: “Our specialist logistics business, Bishopsgate, has over the past two years gone through an unprecedented period of organic growth, and the opening of our largest warehouse to date will help sustain this growth trend over the next 12 to 24 months.”
Colliers’ North West industrial team acted on behalf of Master Removers. John Sullivan, the agent’s director of industrial and logistics for Manchester, said: “Industrial and logistics supply in the North West region is at a very critical level, and the high level of demand in a depleted supply environment has caused strong rental growth. Given the limited amount of industrial stock available, it was great to secure this opportunity before it hit the market.”
