Matterhorn Capital goes for luxury in Paris

Matterhorn Capital, the firm run by Earls Court and Olympia shareholders Anthony Lyons and Simon Conway, has expanded its residential property remit to Paris.

 It has bought two 17th century townhouses in the third arrondissement from the French government, and plans to convert them into luxury flats. The properties, thought to be worth around €25m, have a combined internal floor space of 3,900 sq m.
