Charles Maudsley of AXA Real Estate Investment Managers is to join LaSalle Investment Managers as head of the UK business.
Maudsley worked for DTZ between 1986 and 1998 before joining AXA where he was head of the property fund management business.
Steve Smith, Managing director of AXA REIM, said: “Charlie will be sorely missed. We wish him all the best at LaSalle. Happily we have a great team here to deal with his absence!”
In both 2002 and 2003, Maudsley’s team at AXA won the EG Finance award for the best performing property fund over £1bn.
