
Maya Capital, a specialist property investment firm, has appointed Charles Pridgeon as a senior adviser to its management team.
Pridgeon, 49, has more than 25 years’ experience in global property markets.
From 2010 to 2015, he was global chief investment officer for Allianz Real Estate.
As chairman of Allianz’s investment committee he guided the firm’s acquisition teams, investing more than €10bn (£800m) of equity into property assets, as well as having direct responsibility for all indirect real estate investments, research and strategy.
Prior to joining Allianz he was chief executive officer of Aareal Asset Management.
