Mayfair Capital Investment Management has hired Amirali Kasraie to lead its European investment programme.
Kasraie joined the UK real estate investment manager, a subsidiary of Swiss Life Asset Managers, this month as senior portfolio manager for the Swiss Life European Thematic Income & Growth (TIGR) Fund.
Based in the company’s London office, he will oversee investments on behalf of the TIGR fund, with backing from Swiss Life.
Prior to joining Mayfair Capital, Kasraie spent 16 years at Patrizia, where he worked on pan-European real estate strategies – including managing assets across Northern, Western and Southern Europe.
Kasraie said: “At a time when yields are softening materially, the relative infancy of TIGR provides us with a distinct competitive advantage to focus on rapidly evolving occupier trends.”
