A scheme to convert a Mayfair office block into a boutique Blakes Hotel, restaurant and private members club has been approved.
Gerald Eve, on behalf of Audley Grosvenor, will refurbish 22 Grosvenor Street, 43 North Audley Street, and 1 Lees Place, W1.
Blakes, which also runs a hotel in Kensington, will operate a luxury 30-bedroom hotel with an entrance on North Audley Street.
Around 25,700 of offices and 3,700 sq ft of flats will be converted, including extending the rear of the buildings and creating a roof terrace.
The private club will be located in the basement for use by hotel guests and members.
