
Lothbury Property Trust has secured a trio of lettings at 55 St James’s Street, SW1, which take it to 75% occupied.
Private equity firm Vision Capital has committed to the fifth floor, while PW Real Assets and Ferrexpo have taken the fourth and third floors respectively. All deals were agreed at a rent of £120 per sq ft pa.
One floor is still available in the 23,089 sq ft building, which offers grade A office space over seven floors.
Simon Radford, chief executive at Lothbury Investment Management, said: “Lothbury has an active management strategy of adding to the value of our property portfolio by strategic reconstruction or refurbishment and this project is an integral part of our approach.”
