Mayfair Capital has sold 2 Europa View in Sheffield to Infinity Investments.
The 20,493 sq ft office at the Sheffield Business Park was sold by the company’s Property Income Trust for Charities for £2.3m, an initial yield of 8.5%.
A tenant, Fulcrum Infrastructure Services, has signed a new lease to June 2026 at a rent of £225,000 pa or £11 per sq ft pa, representing a 9% reduction on its previous rent of around £12 sq ft.
