Residential developer Mayfield has bought Chelsea police station, SW3, for £40m.
It intends to demolish the existing four-storey building to make way for a 60,000 sq ft, 38-home residential scheme with a potential gross development value of £150m.
Savills and CBRE acted for Mayfield; Knight Frank advised the vendor.
