Anti-virus software provider McAfee has consolidated its Thames Valley operations into 42,000sq ft at Target House, Aylesbury.
McAfee has agreed a 10-year lease, with a six-year break option, with Aberdeen Asset Management, acting on behalf of Sun Life.
The firm is paying close to quoting rents of £15 per sq ft, and is understood to be one of the largest deals in Aylesbury over the 12 months.
The move sees McAfee consolidate its smaller Thames Valley offices under one roof.
Knight Frank advised the tenant; Savills acted for the landlord.
