Retirement homes developer McCarthy & Stone has appointed Darren Humphreys as managing director in its Midlands office.
He joins from CALA Homes (Midlands) where he was managing director and spent eight years at the company.
The new role will see him lead the growth of the regional business and the leadership of its team.
